Damaged, Incorrectly Supplied Products Or Cancelations
Please do not throw away our invoice! You will need it to return any goods to us.
Please check goods received against your order. You should not sign for acceptance of goods delivered that have been damaged in transit.
If goods are damaged, incorrectly supplied or if you change your mind and simply want to cancel goods delivered, please inform us by e-mail at the earliest opportunity, and not later than 10 days after delivery.
Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, promptly at the customer cost. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of any damaged, incorrectly supplied or cancelled goods if we have not been informed within 10 days of delivering them.

If you choose to return a product to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit and we reserve the right to charge you or not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. We therefore recommend that you use a registered delivery system.
